Rebirth and growth take time. Like the budding lotus seed that works so hard to grow, rise up through the mud, and break through the water’s surface as an elegant and beautiful flower, this 6-month journey is for women ready to transform every area of their lives. Through bi-monthly coaching, we’ll address the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges holding you back and create a personalized plan to help you thrive. This is where deep self-discovery and sustainable growth lead to the ultimate transformation.

This program does not prescribe one diet or way of living but helps post-menopausal women who are ready to feel like themselves again — confident, energized, and thriving — develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for their bodies. As a health coach, I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issues. Rather, I act as a guide and mentor to empower women to take responsibility for their health and support them in making sustainable lifestyle choices, and will work with your doctor if you have any underlying medical conditions.


My coaching program is right for you if :

    Every meal feels like a guessing game: Is this helping or hurting my body? You’ve tried different diets but still feel stuck and confused.

    Your relationship with your partner isn’t what it used to be, and you wish you could rebuild that spark. Or maybe you feel invisible or unappreciated by your family.

My coaching program includes:

  • Twelve 60-minute one-on-one remote sessions via a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom

  • Sessions that take place every two weeks for six (6) months

  • A bio-individual approach that is customized to your needs

  • Guidance to help motivate you and provide accountability

  • Depending on your needs, a personalized wellness plan, nutrition education and guidance, help with goal setting, progress tracking, recipe suggestions, additional resources, and more

  • Somatic moments, as needed, including meditation, deep breathing, and expressive arts activities, to help you learn how to relax, relieve stress, and jumpstart the process of self-discovery

  • Personal support between sessions via a voice/text messaging app, session notes, and an occasional gift to keep you motivated and on track
