Rebirth and growth take time. Like the budding lotus seed that works so hard to grow, rise up through the mud, and break through the water’s surface as an elegant and beautiful flower, this 3-month holistic journey is for women ready to transform every area of their lives. Through a combination of weekly and bi-monthly coaching, we’ll address the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges holding you back and create a personalized plan to help you thrive. This is where deep self-discovery and sustainable growth lead to empowerment and transformation.

This program does not prescribe one diet or way of living but helps postmenopausal women who are ready to feel like themselves again — confident, energized, and thriving — develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for their bodies. As a health coach, I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, heal or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issues. Rather, I act as a guide and mentor to empower women to take responsibility for their health and support them in making sustainable lifestyle choices, and will work with you and your doctor if you have any underlying medical conditions.


My coaching program is right for you if:

  • You’re struggling with energy crashes and fatigue.

    No matter how much sleep you get, you’re always tired by mid-afternoon. Even simple tasks feel like they take more effort than they should.

  • You’re dealing with uncomfortable physical symptoms.

    Whether it’s joint pain, hot flashes, or trouble sleeping, your body feels like it’s working against you instead of for you.

  • You’re unsure what to eat to feel better.

    Every meal feels like a guessing game: “Is this helping or hurting my body?” You’ve tried different diets but still feel stuck and confused.

  • You’ve put yourself last for too long.

    Between work, family, and life’s demands, your own health and happiness have taken a backseat. You’re ready to finally prioritize yourself.


My coaching program includes:

  • Eight 60-minute one-on-one remote sessions via HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant video conferencing software

  • Sessions that take place weekly for the first month and then twice a month for the remaining two (2) months

  • A bespoke, customized approach that is tailored to your unique needs

  • Guidance to help motivate you and provide accountability

  • Depending on your needs, a personalized wellness plan, nutrition education and guidance, help with goal setting, progress tracking, recipe suggestions, additional resources, and more

  • Focus on the mind-body connection, including stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, and self-care

  • Weekly check-ins and “office hours” support between sessions via a messaging app, session notes, and an occasional gift to keep you motivated and on track

  • One post-program check-in to make sure you are still motivated, keeping on track with your health journey, and address any questions or concerns you may have
